The golden sun disk with the image of their sun god is one of the greatest sanctuaries of the Incas.
Today, this mysterious advanced civilization has completely disappeared except for a few buildings and objects -
as has the original of the sun disk. Once upon a time, the Incas struck their coins with a hammer blow on a handmade die.
Since the blanks were larger than the dies, coins with a characteristic plate shape were created.
On 500 grams of fine silver and the diameter of 80 mm, the detailed high relief comes perfectly into its place.
It was intricately minted in several layers and given a noble silk finish, which gives the coin its antique appearance.
