This brand-new edition is dedicated to Australia‘s Big Five.
The set includes a total of 5 coins, each made from one gram of fine 999 gold. Their designs feature Australia‘s native animals: the kangaroo, koala, crocodile, wombat, and emu.
The artistic designs were created by renowned medallist and sculptor Beni Debacker. Each coin was individually minted and then “hand-lifted” from the minting block – the technical
term for this process. The mint master personally inspected the surface – “Proof” on the value side and “Brilliant Uncirculated” on the design side. This meticulous effort resulted in a limited
mintage of only 2,000 sets worldwide.
